Big Ten Pitcher of the Week -- Sophomore right-handed pitcher Lauren Derkowski posted a 3-0 record with a 0.32 ERA and 25 strikeouts over 21.2 innings in Michigan's four games last week. She threw back-to-back seven-inning no-hitters in the Purdue series -- the first and second of her collegiate career -- and is the first Wolverine in program history to throw complete-game no-hitters in consecutive starts. She fanned 13 batters in the Purdue opener and added seven more in the series rubber match. She also earned a complete-game win at Michigan State.
