Lexie Blair (May 9)
Big Ten Player of the Week -- Senior first baseman Lexie Blair netted the final Big Ten Player of the Week nod of the 2022 season after batting .700 (7-for-10) with three doubles, three runs scored and three RBI in Michigan's weekend sweep at Wisconsin. She matched her career best with four hits, including a pair of two-baggers, in the series opener and tallied two hits in the finale. She boasted RBI hits in the first inning of Friday and Saturday's games and scored U-M's first run in the first inning in the finale on Sunday. » Big Ten Release
Alex Storako (March 8)
Big Ten Pitcher of the Week -- Senior RHP Alex Storako went 3-0 over the second leg of the Wolverines' spring-break trip with decisions at Elon, No. 10 Kentucky and against Drake. She did not allow a run -- and gave up just three total hits -- through 18 innings while striking out 30 batters. Storako wrapped the weekend with the first no-hitter of her collegiate career, fanning 13 en route to a 1-0 win in eight innings vs. Drake. » Big Ten Release
Alex Storako (Feb. 21)
Big Ten Pitcher of the Week -- Senior RHP Alex Storako posted a 2-0 record with wins against No. 24 UCF and No. 21 LSU at the St. Pete Clearwater Elite Invitational last weekend. She registered a 0.50 ERA, allowing just one total run -- with two outs in the seventh innings vs LSU. She struck out 18 over 14.0 innings pitched and gave up just seven total hits.
