ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's basketball team announced Wednesday (Dec. 16) that it will host a Virtual Maize Out experience Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021, when it takes on Michigan State inside Crisler Center.
Even though fans cannot be at Crisler Center this season, Michigan will carry on its Maize Out tradition with a virtual event that offers a fun way for fans across the country to engage with the Wolverines as they "Hail from Home" this season.
The goal of the campaign is to sell 12,707 virtual tickets to "sell out" Crisler, with six ticket pack options available starting today (Wednesday, Dec. 16) and runnning through Saturday, Feb. 6.
Ticket packs feature items and experiences ranging from an exclusive Maize Out T-shirt to items autographed by coach Juwan Howard and 2021-22 season experiences. All packages include a commemorative Maize Out ticket, a vinyl sticker and automatic entry into a contest to win season tickets for the 2021-22 campaign.
Packages begin at $10 for one "virtual seat" at the Maize Out, while premium Leaders, Valiant and Victors packages are limited to the first 14 purchasers each.
