
Postgame Notes: #13 Wisconsin 49, Michigan 11

• Michigan is now 52-17-1 all-time against Wisconsin after dropping the 70th meeting between the two programs.
• The Wolverines are 1-1 this season at night and are scheduled to play at Rutgers next Saturday (Nov. 21) at 7:30 p.m.
• Quarterback Cade McNamara made his second appearance of the year under center. McNamara went 4-of-7 passing for 74 yards.
• McNamara's first career touchdown pass came on his first offensive possession in Michigan Stadium. The score went to wide receiver Mike Sainristil. McNamara followed up with a successful two-point conversion to receiver Giles Jackson.
• Tight end Nick Eubanks had a season-best 28-yard catch against the Badgers and finished the game with 41 total yards on two catches.
• Kicker Quinn Nordin's third-quarter 46-yard field goal gives him 12 consecutive conversions. It was Nordin's 14th career field goal at 40 yards or longer, giving him sole possession of the Michigan record.
• Wide receiver Giles Jackson's 36-yard catch in the second quarter was his longest of the year. It was the sixth pass play of 30 yards or more for U-M this season.
• Defensive back Daxton Hill recorded a career-best 11 tackles, seven of which were solo. The sophomore has recorded seven or more tackles in each of the last three games for the Wolverines.
• Cornerback Gemon Green had a career-best six tackles, all of which were solo, and added one pass breakup.
• Defensive end Taylor Upshaw made his first career start in the game against the Badgers.
• The following players made their career debuts in today's game: running back Danny Hughes, defensive lineman Kris Jenkins, defensive back Quinten Johnson, defensive lineman Mike Morris and defensive back R.J. Moten. Defensive lineman Phillip Paea made his season debut, making his first game appearance since the 2018 season.
