WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -- The University of Michigan men's soccer team fell on the road to the William & Mary Tribe, 4-0, Saturday (Oct. 15) at W&M's Martin Stadium.
The Wolverines were led by senior Braden Horton, who made nine saves in his first appearance in a U-M uniform. The save number ranks tied for No. 3 in U-M single-game history.
Trailing 1-0 heading into the half after a Ryder Bell goal in the 40th minute, William & Mary scored three goals in a five-minute span in the 80th to 86th minute to ice the match.
With the regular-season road schedule wrapped up, Michigan returns home to host the Ohio State Buckeyes in a crucial B1G matchup on Friday (Oct. 21) at 7 p.m. from U-M Soccer Stadium.
