The Michigan softball program welcomed a large class of seven freshmen in 2015-16. With fall ball and midterm exams now in the books, they are fully settled into life in Ann Arbor. Q. What attracted you to the University of Michigan?
A. I have grown up here in Ann Arbor, and my family has been Michigan fans my whole life. I have always loved the atmosphere.
Q. How did you first get involved in softball?
A. I first got involved in softball when I was six years old. My mom had played and told me that I might like it, so I tried it out.
Q. How has it been getting to know your Wolverine teammates?
A. It has been a memory that will last a lifetime. I have made really great friends already from only being here a month. This team is hilarious and filled with such great girls.
Q. What do you like about Michigan/Ann Arbor from what you've seen so far?
A. I love the town on football game days. This past weekend against Michigan State was crazy; I have never seen anything like it. So many people all are supporting the best school in the nation.
Q. What do you enjoy when you're not play softball?
A. I enjoy being with my family, and being away from college makes me realize how much I miss them. When we are together we are always laughing about something, and I really enjoy those moments.

Favorite singer/band ... I like all music, and I don't really have a favorite (hits radio on Pandora)
