Mandy Gardner earned her first start of the season at designated player.
It was Michigan's third walk-off win this season. The Wolverines walked off against Louisiana Tech on Feb. 11 and Hofstra on Feb. 25.
Lauren Sweet recorded her seventh multi-hit game of the season and her second straight three-hit performance.
Amanda Chidester and Lauren Sweet have each hit safely in the last three games.
During the five-game Citrus Classic, Lauren Sweet was 7-for-14 with five runs batted in and Stephanie Kirkpatrick was 7-for-15.
LHP Haylie Wagner picked up the decision in each of Michigan's four wins at the Citrus Classic. She appeared in all five games, starting two of them, and carried a 0.36 earned-run average. Wagner allowed just one run on six hits in 19.1 innings of action.
Michigan moves to 5-0 all-time against Temple.
During Michigan's 10-day spring break trip through Florida, the Wolverines went 7-4.
