• Today's game was the 55th meeting between Michigan and Ohio State and the second meeting this season. Michigan moves to 8-47 all-time against the Buckeyes and picks up its first sweep of Ohio State in program history. The win is U-M's first in Columbus since the 2000-01 season and ends a seven-game road losing streak in Columbus.
• The win gives Michigan its fourth over a ranked opponent this season. The Wolverines move to 4-3 against ranked foes this season and pick up their second road win over a ranked opponent this season. U-M also defeated No. 13 Iowa on the road.
• Michigan was making its seventh appearance on the Big Ten Network this season. U-M moves to 5-2 overall this season when playing on the Big Ten Network and to 3-1 in Big Ten games on BTN. In addition to both games against Ohio State, U-M also defeated Iowa on the Big Ten Network.
• The win marks U-M's third road conference win; the last time Michigan won three Big Ten road games was during the 2007-08 season. U-M's record for Big Ten road wins is five set last during the 2000-01 season.
• Michigan moves to 13-2 when scoring 60 or more points.
• U-M extended its double-figure assists streak to five consecutive games and in 11 of its last 12 games. Michigan has only failed to reach double figures in three games this season.
• The Wolverines extend their three-point streak to 148 consecutive games. Michigan has hit at least one three-pointer in each game since the 2005-06 season.
• Michigan moved to 13-0 when keeping the rebounding margin to less than 10.
• Jamillya Hardley made her first appearance since the Michigan State game on Jan. 9.
• U-M held Jantel Lavender to a career-low 10 points. Lavender has been in double figures in every game of her collegiate career.
• Rachel Sheffer set a new career high with 23 points, marking her first career 20-point game. Her previous career high was 19 points against Boston College this season on Dec. 22.
