Michigan extended its winning streak to 20 games with its victory over Penn State-Behrend. The string is the second 20-plus game winning streak in program history. U-M's program-record 27-game winning streak ran from Feb. 24-April 27, 2008. The current 20-game streak began on Feb. 28 with a win over then-No. 20 Maryland.
U-M improved to 13-0 all-time against Penn State-Behrend and 4-0 when facing the Lions at the division tournament.
Freshman Meagan Cobb's three goals give her 38 markers on the season, matching senior Julie Hyrne's 2006 totals for fifth-most goals by a freshman.
With a goal today, sophomore Keller Felt has scored in each of the last four games. The span sets a new career long, besting a three-game streak that began her career in 2008.
Senior Sarah Davila swiped a career-high five steals against the Lions.
Senior Carrie Stover's four points today give her 24 points on the season and sets a new single-season career high. Her previous best of 23 points came during her rookie campaign.
With her 104th career steal, sophomore Alison Mantel moved into sole possession of 10th place on the U-M career list. Active players now own seven of 10 places on the list.
