"It is just an awesome feeling," said Olin. "This is just so exciting for me and my family. Even today, I think it is just finally sinking in. We did plenty of celebrating together last night. I have played some of my best golf this summer and have been hitting the ball well. This just caps off another great time for me. I am very excited to keep this going into my final season."
Olin, who holds the U-M record for career stroke average (77.00), now has completed the triple crown of Minnesota women's golf with titles at the Minnesota State High School Championship (1999, Class AA), Minnesota Girls' Junior Championship (1999, 2000 and 2001) and Minnesota Women's Amateur Championship (2004).
