McCullough Makes U.S. World University Games Squad

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan women's swimmer Amy McCullough (West Bloomfield, Mich./Mercy HS) will head to Daegu, South Korea, Aug. 21-31 to swim for the United States at the World University Games. The junior standout will compete in the 400-meter freestyle.

McCullough will be one of five Wolverines representing the U.S. at the competition. Diving coach Chris Bergere, men's diver Jason Coben (Newtown Square, Pa./Marple Newtown HS), and men's swimmers Chris DeJong (Holland, Mich./Holland HS), Brendan Neligan (Briarwood, N.Y./Archbishop Molloy HS) and Peter Vanderkaay (Rochester, Mich./Adams HS) will join McCullough in South Korea.
