Three Days of Action Scheduled for Michigan Invitational

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's tennis team will host the Michigan Invitational this Friday through Sunday (Oct. 10-12) at the Varsity Tennis Center. The three-day event will feature squads from Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State and Western Michigan. In addition, individuals from Northwestern will compete at the invitational. Tennis action will begin at 4 p.m. Friday.
Schedule of Events
The event will be based on a "hidden dual-match" format, where teams will square off against each other but the outcome of the match will not be scored as a team effort. However, each match will count towards the individual player's records and rankings.
Results will be regularly updated on MGoBlue.com throughout the event. Participating SIDs and interested media members may also have results faxed or e-mailed to them by contacting Michigan Athletic Media Relations at (734) 763-4423.
