PRINCETON, N.J. -- The University of Michigan women's water polo team split a pair of games Sunday (Feb. 11) on the final day of the Princeton Invitational. The Wolverines fell 12-6 to the University of Hawaii, bringing Michigan's record to 3-1, before claiming an 8-4 exhibition victory over Princeton University.
The Wolverines will make their Ann Arbor debut on Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 17-18) when they host the Michigan Invitational at Canham Natatorium. The lineup includes varsity teams Indiana, Slippery Rock and Stanford, as well as club teams Michigan State and Miami (Ohio). The Wolverines open the invitational against Michigan State at 11 a.m. Saturday.
