Knox Cameron is the only player in men's soccer history to earn first team All-America honors, earning the nod in 2003 from College Soccer News. A two-time All-Big Ten honoree, he was also named the 2003 Big Ten Player of the Year. Cameron led Michigan to the 2003 Elite Eight in just the fourth year of men's soccer competing as a varsity sport. He earned United Soccer Coaches All-Region first-team honors twice (2001, '03) while also grabbing third-team All-America honors in 2003. Cameron was a three-time U-M Offensive MVP and appears in the top five in Michigan's single-season records 11 times. He still ranks first all-time in career game-winning goals (12), second in points per game (1.24) and goals (28), while ranking third in career points (72) and goals per game (0.48). Cameron was named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week twice, both coming during the 2003 season, and the Big Ten Player of the Week three times.
