• Ran a career-best 9:22.92 in the 3000 meter run to finish 17th at the Wolverine Invitational (Jan. 13)
Cross Country
• Running unattached he clocked 17:12.1 over five kilometers (3.11 miles) to finish 49th at the Eastern Michigan Fall Classic (Oct. 20)
• Running unattached he clocked 16:33.9 over five kilometers (3.11 miles) to finish 23rd at the Michigan Open (Sept. 1) in his first collegiate race

Track and Field: Finished third at the Greater Lansing Honor Roll Meet of Champions at 3,200 meters in 9:46.63 and finished eighth at his regional meet at the same distance … Finished runner-up at the 2016 Greater Lansing Honor Roll Meet of Championships at 3,200 meters.
Cross Country: Finished fifth at the 2016 MHSAA LP Division 1 State Championship meet with a time of 15:52.6 after finishing fifth at his regional meet in 15:48.1 and fourth at his conference meet in 15:47.1, all on 5K courses … Finished 14th at the MITCA Mid-East Championships.
