Cameras and Video Equipment
Single-frame flash photography is not allowed at Men's Gymnastics meets. All forms of video and motion-picture cameras are strictly prohibited. Guests are also forbidden to use lighting or camera support pods at Cliff Keen Arena.
Concessions: Cashless and Contactless
A full service concession stand is available just off the lobby at Cliff Keen Arena. Concession services are managed by Sodexo, Inc. All transactions at concession stands in Cliff Keen Arena will be cashless and contactless in an effort to contribute to a safer game day environment and improve the fan experience by increasing the speed of service and decreasing wait times. Purchases can be made with debit or credit cards or mobile payment services such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Cash will not be accepted at any food and beverage locations inside the arena.
Exit/Re-Entry
Guests are not permitted to leave Cliff Keen Arena and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to Cliff Keen Arena will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit Cliff Keen Arena for this purpose must see a Cliff Keen Arena event team member prior to exiting.
Fan Conduct
Michigan Athletics is committed to providing a fun, respectful, and inclusive environment for all fans, student-athletes, faculty, and staff. Participants and guests should not be subjected to harassment or intimidation or any other kind of disruptive behavior while attending Michigan Athletic Department events. Any fan who engages in disruptive behaviors -- including but not limited to appearing inebriated; entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the field; harassing or intimidating others; or directing profane, insulting, abusive or highly critical language at another person (such as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or demeaning slurs) -- will be removed from the event and may face arrest and prosecution in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
A fan's season tickets may be subject to termination if their behavior or that of the person(s) holding their ticket(s) is found to violate this code of conduct. Any fan behavior that directly or indirectly interferes with the enjoyment of the game by others or conduct of the event will be promptly addressed and may result in revocation of the ticket license and removal from the venue.
If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game or event, please contact an Event Team Member for assistance.
Parking
Parking is available in the Grey Lot and can be accessed from State Street and Hoover Street.
Programs
Official souvenir programs are available (while supplies last) in the Cliff Keen Arena main lobby.
Prohibited Items
Guests are reminded that signs, conduct, or attire that is deemed offensive or inappropriate by an event team member will not be allowed in Cliff Keen Arena.
The following items are prohibited at Men's Gymnastics meets:
• Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks)
• Aerosol and Spray Cans
• Flags with Flagpoles
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Camcorders and Tripods
• Strollers
• Irritants (i.e., noisemakers, air horns, etc.)
• Food of any kind
• Weapons
• Apparel or signage displaying profane or abusive language
• Camera lenses larger than 6-inches in length
• Dogs and other pets (service animals for disabled are allowed)
• Seat cushions with seat backs, arm rests or attachments of any kind
Smoking Policy
The University of Michigan is a smoke-free campus. For the health and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the arena or on arena grounds. In addition, guests wanting to leave and smoke may not re-enter the arena. It is the responsibility of all guests to observe the no-smoking regulation.
Ticket Information
Entry to regular-season home events will be free of charge. When Michigan Athletics hosts conference or NCAA competition there will likely be an admission charge. For more information regarding ticket sales please call the Michigan Ticket Office at (734) 764-0247.
