Bio
Emily Hanson is in her first year as an administrative assistant for the University of Michigan women's swimming and diving team.
Hanson, a Bloomington, Ill., native, lettered at Michigan from 2007-10. As a Wolverine, Hanson was an NCAA All-American in 2007, finishing sixth in the 1,650-yard freestyle, and an NCAA Honorable Mention All-American in 2008, taking 13th in the same event. Hanson also represented Team USA at the 2009 FINA World Championships in Rome, swimming in the 5k and 25k Open Water races.
