NEW ORLEANS, La. -- The University of Michigan women's cross country team earned U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Team honors, as announced by the organization on Thursday (Jan. 29).
In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period; Michigan posted a 3.671 GPA. NC State was named the 2025 NCAA Division I Women's Cross Country Scholar Team of the Year, in addition to 109 other programs.
The Maize and Blue, led by head coach Mike McGuire, met that standard for the 14th consecutive year.
