COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The University of Michigan women's swimming and diving team collected eight B-cut times at the Ohio State Last Chance Meet on Sunday (Feb. 27).
Katii Tang and Sophia Kudryashova touched the wall first and second, both hitting B-cut times, respectively. Tang finished with a time of 1:46.44 and Kudryashova finished with a time of 1:46.60.
Claire Donan finished with a time of 1:59.66 in the 200IM earning a B-cut and finishing first.
In the 100 fly, Noelle Kaufmann nabbed a second-place finish behind Catharine Russo of Ohio State with a time of 53.52.
The Wolverines also had Casey Chung and Mariella Venter collect NCAA B-cut times in the 100 back and the 200 back. Chung swam a 52.53 to finish second in the 100 back and Venter swam a 1:56.11 in the 200 back.
The final Wolverine to hit an NCAA qualification B-cut time was Megan Glass in the 100 free. Glass touched the wall first by just under half a second with a time of 48.97.
Michigan will now host the NCAA Zone Diving Championships (March 7-9) at Canham Natatorium.
