Brent Noseworthy, Rocco Sutherland, and JM Priddy (Jan. 29)
Big Ten Players to Watch -- Michigan juniors Brent Noseworthy and Rocco Sutherland and sophomore JM Priddy were named to the 2018 Big Ten preseason honors list. Noseworthy returns to lead the Wolverine offense after setting a program record for goals in a season a year ago with 37, a mark that ranked No. 14 nationally and tied for fourth in the Big Ten (2.64/game). He also ripped off eight hat tricks and set a new school record for shooting percentage in a season (47 percent), a mark that topped the Big Ten and was No. 9 nationally. Prior to the season, he was voted a team captain, becoming only the third junior in program history to earn the honor.
Sutherland had the third-highest assist mark in program history with 16 a year ago to lead the offensive unit. As a freshman, he scooped up nine ground balls and marked a goal, assist and turnover caused in only eight games after missed the latter half of the season due to injury.
