On the match ... "It was a good match and we had our chances but Georgia just stepped up during the bigger points. Give credit to them for that, they were tough in big moments and we just kind of stepped back. Georgia just played better during the big points. They are a great team."
On winning the doubles point ... "The doubles point was great. I think our doubles has come a long way this year. Georgia is super energetic and super positive and this is kind of what we are missing. We need to do a better job with that at all spots and when things are tough, we need to keep that going. That is what Georgia did. They were really tough on the big points and made us play on the big points. That was the difference."
On the positives to take from this match ... "We competed hard. I think to beat Georgia, you need all six playing their best and we didn't have that today. I thought that we were off the court too quickly in some singles spots, which turns the pressure back on us. We needed everybody to pull this off today. In spots, we were good. Emina (Bektas) did a great job turning that match at No. 1 and getting to a third. We put ourselves in position to win, we just came up short."
On turning a few matches after losing five first sets ... "It helped. If Sara Remynse could have turned her match late in that second, maybe it would have been different. Mira (Ruder-Hook) and Alex (Najarian) getting off court so quickly was not ideal for us. I don't know if we ever put together all six singles players playing their best at the same time all year. We just didn't have it today at all six spots. At the end of the match, we just didn't believe in ourselves that we could do it. We definitely put ourselves in a hole losing five first sets."
On the season ... "We had a great year. I would have liked to take the next step here but we still did so much as a team. As far as what of what we have done this season and the roll we went on, I could not be happier. What Sarah (Lee), Emina and Kristy (Dodge) have met for the program, I am sad for them that it is over. I thought Sarah played an amazing match today and Emina getting that into a third was huge. We are going in the right direction and we are going to need our younger kids to step up because we lose a lot. This was a good experience for us. It hurts right now, but when we look back at the season, we have a lot to be proud of."
