Michigan won the doubles point during the round of 16 for the first time in program history.
Sarah Lee won her 19th straight singles match.
The senior class of Emina Bektas, Kristen Dodge and Sarah Lee tied Mimi Nguyen (2013) as the winningest class in school history with 92 wins in four seasons.
Michigan won the doubles point for the first time this season against Georgia. The other time the two schools met, UGA won the match's first point.
Michigan had its program-record 20-match winning streak snapped with the loss. Michigan's last defeat came on Feb. 22.
