U-M has won 14 consecutive matches against Penn State and leads the all-time series, 26-3.
Sarah Lee has won 16 straight singles matches, while Emina Bektas has now won 14 in a row.
With her singles win, Emina Bektas secured her third 30-win season. She is 30-8 this season.
Today's match was played indoors.
Michigan's 23 wins is the second-best season total in program history.
During its 17-match winning streak, U-M has secured 16 doubles points and has not surrendered more than two points to any opponent.
This was the second time in six days that Michigan and Penn State had faced each other. U-M secured a 4-0 win at Penn State last Sunday (April 19).
