For the first time this season, U-M used the starting lineup of Nicole Elmblad, Cyesha Goree, Danielle Williams, Madison Ristovski and Emoni Jackson. Goree and Elmblad are the only two Wolverines to start all 31 games this season.
Freshman Emoni Jackson made her first career start tonight. Of the 14 players on U-M's roster, eight have earned at least one start during their careers.
Emoni Jackson scored a career-best eight points, doubling her season total of four points entering the game. She also set a career high with four rebounds.
Michigan is making its sixth straight postseason appearance, the longest streak in program history. U-M won its 10th WNIT game tonight.
Danielle Williams had two steals, her 10th game this season with at least two.
Madison Ristovski matched a season high with 15 points. She has scored exactly 15 points in three of the last four games.
Nicole Elmblad grabbed a game-high 11 rebounds, pushing her into the top 10 all-time at Michigan. She now has 708, ranking ninth. She is just the 10th Wolverine to eclipse 700 career rebounds. It was Elmblad's 18th career double-figure rebound game.
Nicole Elmblad appeared in her 129th career game, one off Jenny Ryan's record of 130 appearances.
Michigan is 13-4 at Crisler this season, tying the record for most home wins in a season.
