• Michigan used the starting lineup of Cyseha Goree, Nicole Elmblad, Siera Thompson, Danielle Williams and Shannon Smith for the 15th time this season.

• Shannon Smith registered her second point-assist double-double of her career, finishing with 14 points and 10 assists. Smith had one last season against Stony Brook. Prior to that, the last one game from Alayne Ingram on Dec. 28, 2001, as she finished with 10 points and 10 assists.

• Cyesha Goree had her 14th double-figure rebounding game of the season, finishing with 11 rebounds.

• Michigan had its nine-game winning streak over Northwestern snapped.

• Nicole Elmblad appeared in her 123rd career game, moving into fifth place alone on the all-time list.
