
Severe Weather Alters Len Paddock Invitational

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Due to severe weather in the Ann Arbor area, day one of the Len Paddock Invitational hosted by the University of Michigan men's and women's track and field teams was not completed on Friday (May 7).
The women's triple jump, which was being held on Friday when lightning started, will resume tomorrow (Saturday, May 8) at 11 a.m.
Friday's running events, the 400-meter hurdles and 1,500-meter run, were not held. The 400-meter hurdles will begin on Saturday at 11 a.m. Athletes must be checked in by 10:15 a.m.
Saturday's regularly scheduled field events, the men's discus and women's shot put, will still begin at 10 a.m.
Complete results will be available tomorrow on MGoBlue.com at the completion of the meet.
