• Ashley Bauer's first- and second-round three-under 68s mark the third and fourth time in her career she has equaled U-M's all-time lowest single-round score. She hit the record with a four-under 68 in the second round of the 2009 Mary Fossum Invitational and a 68 in the only round of the 2008 Wolverine Invitational. In total, there are five players in U-M's "68" Club -- Bauer, Kim Benedict (2000-03), Laura Olin (2002-05), Amy Schmucker (2003-06) and LeAnna Wicks (1999-2002).

• Ashley Bauer's first- and second-round tallies of three-under 68 are not only a U-M record-tying rounds, they also tie the lowest round ever at the tournament -- Cincinnati's Hillery Wilson in final round in 2007 Rio Verde Collegiate Invitational. Bauer becomes the first golfer in tournament history to have two rounds of 68 (-3).

• Michigan set record for lowest team round in Rio Verde Invitational tournament history (287) today, besting Notre Dame's second-round score of 290 in 2008.

• Min Yean Tan tied a career best with a second-round, even-par 71. She equaled the round of 71 she shot earlier this season at the 2009 Windy City Classic.

• Michigan's second-round 287 team tally is a season-best team tally, topping U-M's first-round team tally of 291. U-M has eight team rounds under 300 this season.
