PARK RIDGE, Ill. -- Junior Amanda Lohman (Pittsburgh, Pa./Upper St. Clair) of the University of Michigan women's swimming and diving team was named Big Ten Diver of the Week on Tuesday (Oct. 12) for her performances in the one- and three-meter springboards against Minnesota in the season opener last Friday (Oct. 8).

Lohman claimed top honors on the three-meter board with a career-high score of 352.50 and finished second on the one-meter board (308.40). It was her fourth career Big Ten honor, having won the award twice as a sophomore last season and one time as a freshman.

The Wolverines return to the pool next Friday (Oct. 22), when they visit Toledo at 5 p.m.
