SKILLMAN, N.J. -- University of Michigan junior Michelle DaCosta (Huber Heights, Ohio/Wayne HS) is listed No. 67 on the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's ranking of top NCAA Division I women's tennis players, released Wednesday (Sept. 3).

A two-time All-Big Ten Conference honoree, DaCosta posted an 18-15 mark last season while playing in the Wolverines' top singles spot. She finished the season ranked No. 105 by the ITA.

DaCosta and her doubles partner, Leanne Rutherford (Calgary, Alberta/National Sports School), were also recognized with the No. 50 preseason ranking among NCAA Division I women's doubles tandems. The pair recorded an 18-16 overall mark as Michigan's top doubles team last season.
