Epstein dropped three of his eight punts inside the Badgers' 20-yard line and helped set up the field position for Michigan's first score with a 48-yard punt to the one-yard line. Three of Epstein's five kickoffs were touchbacks and a fourth that was kicked into the end zone was returned just 15 yards.
In the dramatic win at Wisconsin, Epstein appeared on the field on consecutive plays as a punter and a placekicker. His 40-yard punt was touched by a Badger player and recovered by Michigan junior defensive back Brandon Williams (Omaha, Neb./Central HS) to set up the game-winning field goal.
The Wolverines (8-2, 6-1 Big Ten) are ranked 11th in both the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today polls and close out the regular season by hosting Ohio State (6-4, 4-3 Big Ten) on Saturday (Nov. 24, 1 p.m. EST) on ABC Sports.
