• The four-set match breaks a six-match streak of going three sets. The last time the Wolverines had a match longer than three sets was on Oct. 3 at Michigan State.
• Michigan now leads the all-time series 41-28 over Northwestern after Friday's match.
• Junior Krystalyn Goode tied a career high with 14 kills. Goode also had 14 kills at Michigan State on Oct. 3.
• Freshman Adeja Lambert tied a career high with 16 kills. Lambert also had 16 kills at Purdue on Sept. 26.
• Junior Lindsey Lerg had 14 digs on the night and now has 12 career double-digit dig performances.
• Sophomore Abby Cole now has 28 career double-digit kill matches, 15 of them this season.
